All local Farmers must deliver product on ice with a temperature below 41°.
Must sign paper work, proving that they have not used any antibiotics or chemicals during their growing process.
All fish are assigned a lot number.
All deliveries must be Scheduled for drop off or pick up’s.
Product must meet certain grade to get correct yield.
Price per pound will be determined based on grade and yield.
Preferred sizes: Blue Gill: 1 pound fish Perch: 9 in. in length Tilapia: 1 and a quarter to 1and 1/2 pound to get best yield.
